The Audio, Media and Lighting Bootcamps are designed to provide the foundational principles in audio, media and lighting that the two-day WATS conference classes will build upon. And this year, there will be a vocal bootcamp at some of the locations.

Who should attend Audio Bootcamp?

WATS Audio Bootcamp offers intensive training in audio fundamentals, signal flow, microphones, speaker systems and introductory training on digital consoles.

If you are just getting started or, considering moving from analog to digital, or just want to brush up on the audio basics, we highly recommend attending the bootcamp session. This session is also recommended for those who want to train their own church volunteers. All materials used in the sessions will be made available to attendees.

Who should attend Media Bootcamp?

If you are not yet using multimedia technology, are new to media presentation and/or still using Powerpoint in worship, then the media bootcamp will be extremely advantageous.

This year we will also be covering websites for churches in the media bootcamp. So, even if you're a church media veteran, you may want to consider catching the media bootcamp to learn about best practices for church websites.

Who should attend Lighting Bootcamp?

If you're just thinking about lighting for your church, or have lighting and don't know much about it; or if you're new to your church's lighting team, you should attend the lighting bootcamp to get the foundational basics of lighting.

Who should attend Vocal Bootcamp?

If you are attending one of the other tracks during the main conference but would like to take advantage of a one-day vocal intensive, this bootcamp was designed for you. Of course, those who are signed up for the vocal track for the main conference may also register for the vocal bootcamp for a little extra time with Sheri.
