| Mike Overlin is the Manager of Worship Resources for Yamaha Corporation of America, and a worship leader and consultant with the Free Methodist Church in Southern California. A professional musician all his life, he served two tours of duty with the United States Air Force Band, earned two gold records for audio engineering and lead a band at Disneyland for many years.
In addition, Mike is a sought after fine art, portrait and event photographer specializing in worship concerts and iconic photography. He is the author of the book Photography in Worship ... the art and science of iconic imagery.
His heart is for resourcing the church and her artists.

Jacob has been on board with Yamaha Commercial Audio Systems since November of 2008. His current role as House of Worship Marketing Manager focuses on overseeing and organizing trade shows and conference logistics for worship events as well as market research with an emphasis on training.
Prior to joining YCAS, Jacob served on the worship team as a mix engineer and musician at the 12,000-member Cathedral of Faith in San Jose, Calif. supporting over six venues on the church campus specifically with their digital consoles. He has worked as an audio tech for ABC and ESPN Sports and spent four years as a freelance contractor/engineer.
Jacob’ s wide range of experience combined with his deep involvement in the house of worship community makes him the perfect fit for a leadership role at Yamaha.

| Scott Ragsdale |

Scott Ragsdale has been involved in music and audio production for more than 28 years. Starting when he was 18 he played keyboards in a well-regarded 80‘s rock cover band. Once he hung up his parachute pants he worked as a stagehand, system tech, & monitor engineer for a local sound company in the St. Louis area. For the last 18 years he has focused on becoming a premiere Front of House Engineer for one of America's leading churches as well as touring with contemporary Christian artists and evangelists.

Some additional highlights of his career include mixing Oprah Winfrey’s “Surprise Spectacular” at the United Center in Chicago. Featuring a mind-boggling array of artists like: Jackie Evancho, Pattie Labelle, Josh Groban, Jamie Foxx, Stevie Wonder, Rosie O’Donnell, Kristin Chenoweth, Alicia Keys, Aretha Franklin and Usher, Scott’s FOH mix received rave reviews. He has also skillfully mixed a 60-piece orchestra, including the brass section from Phil Collin’s touring band, as well as a 100-voice choir.
In addition to mixing, one of Scott’s other passions is educating. Over the past 10 years Scott has taught hundreds about the tips, techniques and solid audio methods he’s learned over his career. His talks are practical and full of real-life experiences that most sound engineers can relate to and learn from.

Lee Fields is a veteran behind the audio console, putting his decade of experience to work mixing Front of House for Lincoln Brewster. Over his career, he has also mixed for Kutless, Disciple, and Red. As an educator Lee teaches audio and production at William Jessup University and is invited to speak at conferences and trade events across the nation, engaging his passion to equip and train engineers at every level, especially in the local Church.
Lee serves as the audio director at Bayside Church in Northern California, a church of 12,000 weekly attenders. He also endorses and consults for companies like Yamaha Commercial Audio, Waves, Line6, and Westone in-ear monitors. .

| Camron Ware is the founder of Visual Worshiper, a design consulting company that guides and mentors churches through the journey of what visual worship means in the Church today, and how and why to use technology in worship to tell visual stories. Environmental Projection is a foundational and innovative tool of Visual Worshiper, and churches and events throughout the country are implementing this powerful and cost-effective technology.
Camron is also a freelance lighting designer and VJ, with a heart and passion for visual worship leading; using technology and environments to create authentic, engaging, transformational experiences during worship. Camron Designs visual experiences for churches, tours, and artists like Planet Wisdom, Catalyst OneDay (Dallas), and Kari Jobe.

| Carl has been a professional drummer & percussionist for over 30 years. He has a Bachelors of Music Degree in Composition and Arranging with an emphasis in percussion studies from Webster University in St. Louis, Mo. He has played on over 80 Integrity Music projects; Maranatha Praise Band recordings 7 thru 10, & numerous other Christian, Pop, Country, Jazz, & Commercial projects.
Carl has worked with such artist as Ron Kenoly, Don Moen, Paul Baloche, Brian Doerkson, Kathryn Scott, Leann Albrecht, Nick Myers, Robin Mark, Lenny LeBlanc, Bob Fitts, Paul Wilbur, Alvin Slaughter, Darrell Evans, Phil Driscoll, Koinonia, Abe Laboriel & Friends, Kim Hill, Paul Overstreet, LeAnn Rimes, Connie Smith, Don Potter, Jason Upton, Travis Cottrell, Tom Lane, Tim Hughes, the jazz group – Quad Venti, the Joe Gross Quartet, and many others.
He currently lives in Nashville doing recording sessions, producing, and writing, as well as continuing to do various tours & seminar events.

| Ed Kerr has been a professional songwriter and recording artist for over two decades. He’s earned a Master's Degree in piano performance and for 13 years was a lead vocalist, songwriter and keyboard player for Harvest, a popular contemporary Christian music band. More than 100 of the songs he has written have recorded by Integrity Music. His playing is featured on "Rock of Ages", "I Walk By Faith", and "Forever", recordings in Maranatha!Music's popular Praise Band series. He lives in Bremerton, WA with his wife Carey, son Cameron and daughter Natalie. He is the worship pastor at newlife in Silverdale, WA. In Outreach Magazine's recently published list of the 100 Fastest-Growing Churches in America", newlife was #36 on the list. Ed invites you to come visit if you're ever in the Seattle area! | Tom lives in Nashville, TN with wife Patty, where he has been involved in ministry and music around the world as a recording artist, producer, songwriter, guitar player, session musician and singer the past 25 years. In that time he has been teamed with more than 80 artists and worship leaders including Matt Redman, Tim Hughes, Paul Baloche, Don Moen, Amy Grant, Twila Paris, Leeland and many others.
He has penned songs like “Pour Out Your Spirit Lord” and “Where Angels Fear To Tread” and his latest solo release is entitled, “Set Free My Heart”. Tom also heads The Bridge A Joseph Co., a Music and Missions Organization, leads worship and is Director of Missions at his home church in Nashville, and writes regularly for various worship publications worldwide.

Tim is a native of the south side of Chicago (Go White Sox!). A lifelong interest in both entertainment and science has led to the field of audio as his choice for combining these interests in a useful way. Prior to joining Shure he worked as an engineer for recording, radio and live sound, operated his own recording studio and sound company, and continues to play music professionally. He holds a BS degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering, with a minor in Electrical Engineering, from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. While at the University, Tim also worked as chief technician with both the Speech and Hearing Science and Linguistics departments.
Since joining Shure in 1984, Tim has served in a technical support and training capacity for several departments. He has been active in product and applications education for Shure customers, dealers, and installers, as well as company staff. His major goal has been to increase the understanding of quality audio by presenting technical information in a way that is thorough but still very accessible. Tim’s particular emphasis is on the contribution of proper selection and technique for both wired and wireless microphones.
In addition, Tim has done technical presentations for many industry organizations (NAB, NAMM, AES, and SBE), as well as for US government entities such as the White House Communication Agency and the US Air Force. Through his international assignments he has been fortunate to be able to deliver presentations in more than twenty countries and on all but one of the continents (still waiting for an offer from Antarctica…). He has provided specific applications assistance to various performing artists including the Rolling Stones and U2 and for theme parks such as Disney and Universal Studios.
While at Shure, Tim has authored several educational booklets including “Selection and Operation of Wireless Microphone Systems” and “Audio Systems Guide for Houses of Worship.”
His articles have also appeared in Recording Engineer Producer, Live Sound Magazine, Pro AV, Technologies for Worship, and Church Sound Magazine.

Sheri Gould is a graduate of the University of Ill. She has taught voice privately for 30 years. She has been a worship leader and music director in various local churches since 1986. She was the director of Good News Productions, an evangelistic outreach involving singing, drama, dance and original musicals for 13 years. She writes for Worship Musician! Magazine and tours the country with her husband teaching and equipping the Body of Christ for music ministry at such conferences as, Christian Musician Summit, Seminars4Worship, International Worship Institute, East Coast Worship Summit, Worship Institute Northeast and many more. A home-schooler since 1985, she her husband Doug reside in New Jersey where she is now home-schooling the last of her six children.

Aaron Williamson is a professional bass player, currently playing for the award winning new group 33Miles. He graduated from the University of Mobile with a Church Music degree. He now works part-time at the University of Mobile arranging and rehearsing their top vocal group Voices of Mobile. Studio work, teaching private lessons, and traveling with worship leaders and artists makes up Aaron's last half decade. He lives in Mobile, AL with his wife Rachel who just gave birth to their first baby.

| Michael is a California native, and has a Bachelor’s degree in Music Performance. He is a Recording Artist, Writer, Producer and Engineer. He has played guitar on hundreds of songs for artists in the CCM and Pop markets.
Currently Michael is on staff at Lakewood Church in Houston Texas. He plays on the worship team there and leads the monthly Lakewood Musician’s Gathering to raise up young musicians. Michael and his wife Carrie have lead worship and conferences in Asia, Europe, Africa, South America and the Middle East. They have a passion for the Presence of God in Worship. Michael is also a regular contributor to Christian Musician Magazine.

| Bob Felton owns Ministry-Tech, a company that specializes in presentation and web technologies for churches and ministries. He is also a client support specialist for Faithwebsites, a content management system for church, school, and ministry websites. Bob has worked with thousands of churches around the country to equip them in the areas of visual worship and outreach through their web presence. His passion is to see churches engage this visually-driven culture to produce worshipers who worship in spirit and in truth.
Bob has been involved in WATS events since the first one in Muskegon, MI in 2008, and has taught break-out sessions on using media in worship at expos and conferences such as Worship Facilities Expo in Long Beach and Converge11 in Indianapolis.
Bob is also the Campus Pastor at the Bellaire campus of New Hope Community Church.
